Update: Fastest Bux Schnaap Clix

February 26th, 2011 Leave a comment Go to comments

Ya know I don’t think I’ve slept this much in ten years. In fact, I can promise you; I haven’t slept this much in Ten Years.

This round of the flu has kicked my butt pretty hard. Although I’ve been 101 temperature free for the last week, getting back to normal has been a process. Basically, I’ve just wanted to sleep a lot. Which is weird for me since I usually function pretty well on just four to five hours of shut eye a day.

I’m getting back to normal and starting to feel more like my usual self.

There’s quite a few things I wanted to talk about this week so let’s do a quick Update!!

ClixSense – Jim ( owner of CS ) stopped by this blog last week to say Hi and correct some misinformation that I was sharing. Apparently I was mistaken about “paid emails” possibly being part of the NEW and Improved ClixSense. I swear I read this in more than one of Jim’s updates and I never would have announced it if I hadn’t believed it to be true. Anyways, I have removed that paragraph from this post.

Since I had Jim’s attention I also asked about possible advertising increases. He replied with; Hi Phil, the ad rates will go up but not as much as the “Other” ptc sites. We will still be cheaper. The increase is to cover the cost of the click commissions. We will also offer 3 different ad types. There will be a 15, 30 and 50 second ad types. Each ad will pay a different amount and also each will have different downline click commissions.

I for one am super excited about the new and revamped ClixSense. Although I’m not all that thrilled about my ad budget taking a hit, I’m sure the increase in referral commissions will more than make up for it.

Schnaap Klicks – After a slow start back in December and less than thrilling ad results. Things have picked up for me and my referrals did indeed wake up a bit in the new year. Still not as much as I’d hoped but Schnaap has become another weekly payday for me. So far every payout request has been paid within a couple hours, and yes I have seen quite a few five cent and three cent ads.

GetBuxToday – The biggest PTC launch this year was of course not exempt from a few problems. With over 30,000 new members in two weeks, this is not surprising. I was surprised however when Brian implemented “Instant” cash outs so early in the game. Payments were taking off line several times a day and a lot of us couldn’t cash out for a couple days. I honestly wasn’t worried and just waited my turn to be paid. Unlike many others in the GBT Forum who whined non stop.

Anyways, Payments are now set at Manual again and Brian is processing these within 24 hours. A very smart move in my opinion and in the first two weeks ( has it been two weeks already? ) I’ve been paid $164.00.

Update March 12th: My Total Paid is now at $316.50!! Not Bad for the first Month.

Paid The Fastest – Has really become one of my favorite little Incentivized ( GPT ) sites. The minimum cash out is $1 every twenty four hours and daily clicks have been back for awhile now. Currently there are four two cent daily clicks, but I’ve seen point clicks thrown in from time to time. Bottom line…THIS IS FREE MONEY!!

PTF also added Black Jack about a month ago. I’ve played quite a few hands and I have to keep reminding myself that I sorta suck at black jack. Still I like to hop in and play a hand or two. Some days I walk away with a few more points, some days a few less ; ).

…..and that’s all that matters to me this morning. I hope everyone is in good health and gearing up for warmer weather. I for one have been ready for summer since, um, well… since Summer. Bring it On!!

Oh… Kurt has started a little social project called SmallBizSurfer this week.

just a bit of a social stomping ground for regular folks – no gurus, ads, or overblown ebook hype to dodge – we’ll have our blog network rocking full-speed soon, might just find us a crowd

Although I don’t do a ton of social networking ( except email and comment replies ), I’ll pop in once in awhile.

    Evidently you really needed the sleep to help you heal. Take care.

    As far as GetBuxToday, I’m really happy with the site. I haven’t requested money, yet. I rented referrals right after I signed up. I get irritated with reading some of the forum posts. You’re right . . . lots of whiners. Needless to say, I stopped reading. (Oops, I guess I said it. LOL) Brian Rooney is someone to be trusted. I’m not worried about it.

    Take care,
    Donna :)

    @Donna White

    Thanks Donna…

    Yeah, I sort of let go this week and allowed myself to just lay on the couch and watch TV ( mostly food network and UFC ). Your right, rest was apparently something I really needed to heal after my little ’bout with the flu. Especially since I only missed one day of work and kept up with family domestic type stuff.

    Gotta love “Get Bux Today”. Serious Kudos to Brian for not only surprising us with this little nugget but also going in well prepared and dealing with the issues that most of us wouldn’t have the balls to deal with. Another reason why 99.9 % of us would suck miserably at running a PTC site.

    Thanks again for chiming in Donna

    If I’m reading correctly, you had a huge payout from Get bux……how is this possible? Also, where are you finding 3 and 5 cent clicks? I really need to make for than the 1 cent for clicks. I would really appreciate your input.
    Thanks

  4. February 28th, 2011 at 11:16 | #4

    OK, my mistake, the huge payout was from Schnaap not Get bux although Get bux was very good. This hasn’t happened for me yet.

  5. February 28th, 2011 at 14:58 | #5

    Wow Phil – I believe somebody should award extra points for “promotion under extenuating circumstances” – or maybe a medal! Good to hear you’re coming ’round from the flu and fever! Just wanted to drop a note here and say THANKS for the insight both at GBT, and with the snippets from CS. Here’s to a great Spring from both, eh? Great blog man….cheers

    (oh – almost forgot, awesome to see you over at SBS – rock on!)

  6. February 28th, 2011 at 17:05 | #6

    @Bobbi

    Hey Bobbi,

    No huge payments yet from Schnaap, just consistent every three days or so; small payments add up ya know. Also, maybe it helps that I’m upgraded over at Schnaap. A couple weeks ago there was a five cent ad every day. Then it changed into a three cent for a few days. Currently just one centers but quite a few a day. Once again, could have something to do with me being upgraded.

    @Kurt Hilliard

    No medals please… I work for Pennies.

    Being sick sucks and sucked the life out of me. I gotta tell ya though, it was nice to just relax and feel miserable for a week; more the relaxing part and less feeling miserable.

    Thanks for the kind words and stopping by. I pop in to SBS once in awhile but like I said I don’t do a great deal of social networking. I know I should work this in one of these days, but there’s just so many other things I’m NOT doing already.

    Talk to ya soon

    Phil

    @timothy hillman

    Hey Tim,

    Sorry for the delay in replying. No excuse, I just got a bit behind this week.

    Hey cool I also won the $50 draw twice ( a couple months ago ), and I never buy extra tickets either. Congrats!

    Yes, Yes, Yes,.. I’m pretty darn excited about the new ClixSense. Didn’t think I would be when it was first announce, but the closer it gets the more anxious I am. Can’t wait to write about it.

    Thanks for the comment

    Hey Phil,

    I’m glad you’re better :) The flu ain’t no joke!

    I appreciate the update on ClixSense. It’s awesome that Jim the owner took time to swing by :) More importantly, correct error.

    I’d never heard of Schnaap Klicks, GetBuxToday, or Paid the Fastest until just now on your blog. These progs look good! I’ll have to give ‘em a whirl!

    As always, thanks for keepin’ it real, Phil!

    Oh, and by the way, I’m maintaining my FOFT resolution. Staying Focused, Organized, and Following Through! I’ll never forget that.

    Hey Phil,

    I will shortly be old enough to do all this online cash stuff, and for a college bound student even an extra $50 a month would be great!

    So I guess since I am brand new to the seen my question is with you blog, where should i start. I do have a very low amount available to invest (less than $20) and I would like to see turn out in 3 months?

    Is all this plausible? Do you have an ebook, or any advice.

    Thanks in advance.

    btw signed as referral for Schnaap Clix and no ads to see, so can’t convince referrals to follow. is there any cause?

  14. March 10th, 2011 at 16:53 | #14

    @Callie

    Oh Crap!! I totally forgot to reply to your comment Callie. Very sorry, hope your not mad at me.

    Anyways.. Yes! Focus, Organize, and Follow Through. I’m currently doing that with GetBuxToday. I have a short term goal that I’m focusing on. So far so good just passed $300 in paid earnings in less than a month. I’m going to use FOFT in a post using GBT as an example.

    Paid the Fastest is a really good little GPT site. Really good admin and you can’t beat the potential daily cashouts set at a buck.

    A lot of folks claim they don’t get a consistent amount of ads to click on a day on Schnaap Klicks. Maybe it’s because I’m upgraded member and from the US, but I’m seeing quite a few per day and so are a lot of my referrals; according to my stats.

    Anyways, yeah, feeling a whole lot better and the weather is warming up. Can’t wait for summer!!

    @Zachary

    Hey there Zach..

    Sorry no EBook but you can pretty much say my blog is my ebook. I have been slowly working on a page titled “Establishing a Solid Earnings Foundation”. Basically it’s using well established and popular programs and earning money first. Then using that money to advertise for referrals. I really don’t want to see anyone spend there own money online in an effort to make money.

    - Make Money
    - Use that Money to Make more Money
    - and Repeat!

    This works because it’s what I do everyday. Nothing comes out of my credit cards or bank account ( anymore ).

    My advice is the above and to read my ramblings. I don’t sell, I share. I share my results and experiences on this blog. It’s taken me a few years to learn to be a real person and not so much an affiliate link.

    Oh and $50 a month extra…ptttt in your sleep dude!!! Just think $2 a day.

    Thanks for the comment

    Phil

    Oh and following someone like Eddy over at WorkatHomenoscams.com is pretty darn important as well; if not essential.

  16. March 10th, 2011 at 17:54 | #16

    @Arthur

    ya know, I vaguely remember not getting a single ad for a few hours when I first joined back in November. Once the new day started they started showing up. I could be mistaken on this but it sort of rings a bell.

    Remember that ads are geo targeted. So if an advertiser like myself chooses to have his ads seen only by people in the US who are upgraded then that’s my option. Unfortunately a lot of “other than US / Canada” might not see as many ads. I’m probably also seeing more ads because of my upgrade status. Honestly though my referrals are clicking and a lot of them are not from the US or most are not upgraded.

    Hopefully you’ll be seeing more consistent ads soon.

    Thanks for the comment

    So, new clixsense has been launched for a few days now, and I am extremely disappointed. I renewed my upgrade the day before they went down and all of those hundreds of extra clicks disapeared. The layout is not nearly as intuitive as the original. The glaring colors are painful on my eyes. I have to constantly adjust my moniter just to use the site. When it comes to Schnap I am not impressedwith that site either, the amount of clix are minimal regardless of how often I sign in. I won’t upgrade unless they are worth it and so far I have seen no reason to do so. Lately Neobux has been losing my confidence as well, especially as of today. All in all, PTC has been very disappointing lately.

    @Virginia

    First off.. VIRGINIA!!! I was just thinking about you the other day and wondering how you were doing. So glad you dropped by to leave a comment.

    Personally, I’m very excited about the state and direction of the PTC industry these days. The big change over at NeoBux at first freaked me out, but the admin is a pretty smart guy so I’ll be interested to see how things pan out. My ref earnings don’t seem to be taking a hit, but we’ll see in a couple days. I’ll remain optimistic.

    Oh gosh, the new ClixSense really is a shock for those of us who have been with them for a few years. I’m not a big fan of the different ad options, but if it gets more people advertising and hopefully getting results who weren’t otherwise. Then I’m happy for that. My ref earnings have moved up slightly and I’m still exploring the new features and look. It’ll be an adjustment, but one I’ll promote heavily, love that PayPal has been added and love the weekly payout feature as well.

    With schnaap.. upgrading and promoting ( as with most programs ) seems to be the key. Still.. I have quite a few non upgraded referrals clicking a decent amount of ads a day. So hmmm on everyone’s individual experiences.

    One of the unexpected bright spots this year was Brian Rooney’s launch of GetBuxToday. I’m at the max payout of $15 a day and tomorrow marks the one month anniversary. My earnings ( paid that is ) are over $330.00 so far; not bad for a month. Here’s a sneak peak of my new splash page I’m putting into circulation starting tonight

    Anyways, so glad to hear from you Virginia. Would really like to see you keep up with your blog.

    Haha, glad to know I’m thought of :) I have been lurking around. I am keeping my hopes up when it comes to ptc that the changes will work out for the best. I have not yet explored GetBuxToday, but plan to soon. As for my blog :( I have been so swamped with so many other things (like writing a novel, working for a fashion designer and planning a fashion show) it just kinda got away from me. I do have drafts of posts I would like to make that still need some revision, so hopefully new content coming soon.

  20. March 16th, 2011 at 16:25 | #20

    @Philsfault

    Mad at you? Lol That would’ve been ridiculous. We all lead busy lives and tend to forget so no worries.

    Darn it! I had a few questions about GetBuxToday that I was gonna throw atcha but can’t seem to find my e-notes … aarrrgghh, hate that. I’ll locate ‘em. In the meantime …

    Wow, $300 in less than a month, that’s really good. Not bad at all for a short term goal.

    By the say, nice splash page. It’s been one of my ClixSense ads. When the ad popped up, I was like, hey … I know that guy. lol
