You bring in new members. They upgrade, buy additional advertising and you are rewarded with some pretty swell commissions. Your upgrade level will determine your commission level. As far as the High Roller Notification, I have yet to download it, but I'll go on a limb here and say "nothing to worry about". I'd also like to add that, I don't present SCAMs or Unsustainable programs to this blog. So rest assured that if I endorse a program, then your pretty safe.
