“Ultimate Web Search”,.. All that and a buck ninety nine!

May 27th, 2009 No comments

Hey Guys! I hope everyone had an awesome memorial day weekend. In my last post I mentioned that I was going to be playing golf with the in laws. Well I played better than I thought and actually managed my average score of 120 ( don’t laugh, my putting needs work ). The course wasn’t really all that hard and the burger that everyone raved about wasn’t all that tear jerking. Sorry, no pictures of me crying over the perfect burger.

Anyways, I found some free time this weekend to play around with “Ultimate Web Search“, and it’s actually pretty cool. Basically, you get another venue for your promotional needs and you also earn an easy $1.99 commission from the referrals you bring in. Which isn’t really all that difficult since the Lifetime Membership is only $1.99, and most of us need advertising.

What makes it even better is that every time someone takes advantage of the Life Time Membership fee of $1.99 by using your referral link ( URL ). That money goes directly into your PayPal account. No waiting to build a balance, No checks, just automatic PayPal payments every time someone joins.

Basically, your in profit after your second referral!!

So what I did to give it a good test, and to make sure that everything was as advertised, was post a quick $24 ad on ClixSense. I pretty much knew that I wasn’t going to profit this round, I just wanted some quick results to see how well it worked.

I thought this screen shot of my email inbox was more impressive, since my paypal account was a bit cluttered with other transactions.

So yes!! You do get those automatic payments from your referrals. Just be careful about spending money on advertising. Like I said, I really didn’t expect to see a profit from my ClixSense ad. Getting that screen shot up was my goal.

Oh and sorry there’s no second level of commissions, just the $1.99. There are other services that Ultimate Web Search offers for making additional revenue. I haven’t explored these yet. My interest at this point is the quick cash and getting this blog up in new locations.

Now lets talk a bit what else you get for that hefty $1.99 lifetime membership. I’m not going to get to everything, just a few of the services available.

  • Post To Message Board – This is basically your front page ad. HTML is encouraged. If your HTML challenged, at least put an “open in new window” link in your ad. If your unsure how to do this, then you missed my little tuturial. Oh and, before you submit your ad the first time, copy ( ctrl C ) your work. If you don’t like how your ad looks your only edit option is “Delete”. Copy your work so you can paste ( ctrl V ) your previous work and make corrections. Instead of starting all over again.
  • Ad Submitter – Free Regional Classified Listing with Press Mania
  • Safe List – Post a message to thousands. I haven’t placed mine yet, but I’m pretty sure this message is shown after you log in.
  • Web Submission Service – For your affiliate links, blog, or website URL. Screen Shot added below to show where you submit your URL

That’s basically it. A pretty cool service with a very simple affiliate option. There’s really nothing shady or deceiving going on here.

That’s all for me today ( tonight, this morning ). It’s three in the morning and I’m off to bed. Talk to you guys later.

Thanks to everyone who sent messages, comments, emails etc..

Phil

“List Surfing” …. Now here’s a great idea!

May 11th, 2009 No comments

Hola Everyone..

A couple months ago I was introduced to a new Traffic Exchange called List Surfing. Tim Linden, the owner of StartExchange described it as “list builder meets traffic exchange”

Traditionally the way you earn credits with most TE’s, is to manually surf, purchase credits, or earn credits from your referrals surfing efforts. With LS, you surf to earn “member email credits”. The email credits you earn are used to send “member emails”. When you view someones email, you also earn random amounts of banner and text link credits, to be used on List Surfing. I think this is a great idea, and another awesome way to earn free traffic to your websites. If members want to receive banner and text credits, they have to view your email ( 20 second timer ). Of course we can also purchase credits, but the majority of the money grubbing opportunity seekers, really don’t like to spend money on such things.

Another cool feature, is not having to remember to assign credits to keep your websites in rotation. All you have to do is surf at least 50 sites a month, and view 10 emails to remain active and keep hits coming to your site. I surf much more than the required 50, because I like the fact that I get email credits for my ad campaigns.

Of course we also earn up to 50% commissions on our referrals upgrades and purchases. Even though I made the assumption earlier in this post that, most of our refs don’t like to spend money. My personal experience over the past few months, is that you will get quite a few referrals who do indeed purchase upgrades and additional ad credits. Just not the majority. This is paypal money, people!!

So lets review the benefits of joining List Surfing:

  • Keep your account active by surfing only 50 sites and read at least 10 emails.
  • Your Sites ( 1 to 5 URL’s ) stay in rotation as long as you stay Active.
  • You’ll earn text and banner credits by viewing members emails.
  • You’ll earn credits to send “Member Emails” by surfing. The more you surf the more you earn.
  • You’ll earn up to 50% commissions from referral purchases ( upgrades etc… )

So basically, you’d be silly not to add List Surfing to your already extensive, promotional and earnings arsenal.

If your new to Traffic Exchanges. You really need to consider making them a part of your daily routine. The extra hits you’ll receive to your website are priceless. Plus the PayPal commissions are some of the best around.

Besides List Surfing, here are a few of my favorite Traffic Exchanges:

Alright guys, that’s all for today. As promised, I’m starting to write more and more. Three posts this week!! Not bad.

Until next time, thanks for all the emails and support. You guys really do rock!
